You will be met at the Naples port by our private English-speaking guide and taken to the Marina Grande. You will then take the Funicular to the Isle of Capri, an island off of the Sorrentine Peninsula revered for it's beauty since ancient times. Upon your arrival, you will take in breathtaking sea views as you climb by private car to Anacapri, the island's highest point. Along the way, you will see many impressive villas. Among them is that of Dr. Axel Munthe, a Swedish doctor and author of a book that details his time on Capri, "Story of San Michele". Dr. Munthe's villa serves as a beautiful lookout over the island, and was built with the remains of Roman villas.
