The trip was absolutely the greatest vacation we have been on. Michelle and I both could not have had a better time. From your drivers to the tour guides, your company exceeded all expectations! I’m always a little skeptical of tours, however, I was completely blown away by the guides you set us up with. You delivered on every aspect of the itinerary. From the agents waiting at the airport and train stations to the knowledge of the tour guides, was simply phenomenal. They were personable, incredibly friendly and very enthusiastic. We fell in love with Rosanna and Paulo. They were wonderful, patient and kind. It is so rare these days to have a company deliver not only what they promise, but to far exceed the customers expectation. My wife and I have become your biggest cheerleaders.
