A memorable trip to Italy 3

I want to thank you personally for planning and executing a memorable trip that my “kids” will fondly recall for many years. I also have a few additional comments for your consideration: Our guide in Firenze was Chiarra. She gets an A+. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that the kids were entranced with her explanations. She is very personable and related very well to the kids. We enjoyed her immensely. You should definitely use her every chance you get. Our driver in Rome was Dianna. She has a wonderful, friendly attitude. She made the drive to and from the Airport some fun. She clearly knows the city and can get around in Rome traffic. Our driver from Firenze to Roma was Andrea. He was an interesting character. He is an accomplished driver.. gets around without fuss and knows when to be quiet and let the kids sleep. The drive through Tuscany and the stop at the farm were absolutely magnificent. We all loved it.
