Jean and I are finally home. I wanted to let you know that we were 110 per cent satisfied with every aspect our trip. The guides and drivers were all wonderful and very caring of our well being. Our flight was 6 hours late arriving in Rome and our train was late arriving in Venice and yet they were there waiting for us. Thank you so much for not letting us fly on the day of our cruise departure. If we had we would have missed the ship. You guys are true professionals just as Jessie and King have told us and we would highly recommend you to anyone traveling to Italy that wants a first class experience. Sincerely, John & Jean
