Our expectations were exceeded at every point

On behalf of the entire group, I want to thank and congratulate you for a wonderfully prepared and executed trip. With some very minor exceptions, our expectations were exceeded at every point. Transportation was punctual, competent, with the newest high quality vehicles; itineraries were well chosen and we rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for entry; guides were well informed and diverse; hotels met our expectations and were generally delightful. This is my first time using an “unknown” agency plucked from the internet, and it was certainly a positive experience. Thank you for your good efforts.
