How to book your trip is a breeze. Contact our office by phone 1.800.848.8163 , e-mail or fill in this request form. Once we get your request, we will match you up, based on your requirements, relying on over two decades of experience, with one of our professional partner tour designers. They will answer any question you may have as they put together your own itinerary. They will listen attentively to your ideas and plans suggesting changes to personalize the tour based on your interests and budget.
2. You will receive a proposal for your intended custom trip
Shortly after your initial contact with our partner tour designer, you will receive a draft proposal based on your earlier discussions, normally within 2 business days. This proposal is a no obligation draft for your review and comments. Any additions or modifications will be implemented and a new proposal will be forwarded to you for approval.
3. You like what you see!
Upon meeting your requirements and expectations, you will be requested to send a deposit to initiate all the bookings necessary for your itinerary. Please note that Final Payment is due 45 days prior to scheduled departure date.
4. Buon viaggio!
Approximately, 2 weeks prior to your departure you will receive a personalized and detailed day by day itinerary and the necessary vouchers and booklet for all the aspects of the journey that you requested. This will also be accompanied by a general information section on the various regions of Italy. The booklet and vouchers will also include all the important information regarding addresses, phone & mobile numbers for all your service providers, and hotels.
