Italy Private Shore Excursions

Hi Christina,
I just wanted to tell you how much we all enjoyed the private excursions and tell you how well planned they were and how smoothly they went. Everyone was very professional and very punctual (and we were never worried about missing our ship – in fact they were all VERY good about getting us back to this ship by the indicated time. These private excursions were very convenient, very informative and allowed us to see exactly what we wanted and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. You did a great job in organizing everything and just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with everything. Sometimes we had a hard time hearing and/or understanding some of the guides but that was usually either an accent issue or a technology issue (headset/frequency quality) so not much could be done. :p We really had a blast on this trip – thanks again!
