Tour guides were extremely knowledgeable

We had a fantastic time. We really have to say, everything was ideal, and we have no complaints. All the guides were great. Easy to understand, and very interesting to listen to. In Venice, the only thing I would say is, it was very fast. We felt like we didn’t have enough time to stop and take pictures. It was very crowded. So, if we didn’t keep up we would have been separated from the group. Florence was great – with a nice surprise gelato at the end. Wine tour – the wineries were beautiful. The guide was a sommelier and quite informative about the wine. Although the medieval town was picturesque, to me it was not indicative of a town. It was a castle that was locked. You could not even go into the courtyard. But, I have to say, it was really pretty. Amalfi Coast was our highlight. We got picked up in a really nice car, and the driver was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful lunch spot in Ravello. Vatican – just right – very informative. Ancient Rome – we thank you for going out of your way to give us the private tour. Also, all the transfers were great. Pompeii was one of our favorite tours. The guide was excellent!!
